Ethical Codex

The Code of Ethics is designed to describe the best practices in digital publishing and advertising. It is defined to secure adherence and respect to the fair standards of good professional and ethical practices regarding the creation and publication of content, as well as products and services offered by all the companies and individuals that operate in the field of digital publishing and advertising in the Republic of North Macedonia.

The Code of Ethics of IAB Macedonia is self-regulating.

Badge

Every digital publisher who has signed a memorandum of compliance with the Code, should work in accordance with the rules contained therein. The right to place an electronic Badge on the publisher’s page is acquired by signing the memorandum. The original Badge and its compliance with the Code can be verified by clicking on the Badge placed on the publisher’s digital media. If clicking on the publisher’s Badge leads to a defective, non-existent or any page other than this, the digital media will be considered as non-compliant with the Code.
